The Victoria Secret’s Fashion Show is always a huge event and this year, it was more entertaining than ever with a performance of Taylor Swift and Fall Out Boy. Despite the big production, the show has highlighted the gorgeous models from the runway. From Candice Swanepoel to Cara Delevingne, the most known models was there.

“Art for fashion’s sake” was the inspiration behind this spring/summer 2014 collection by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. His traces are everywhere in this collection, on dresses, skirts, accessories in monochrome and primary tones, the Castelbajac colours. The fashion show featured an original soundtrack with the voice of “Monsieur” created in collaboration with Mr-Nô. In the meantime, a projection showed Jean-Charles de Castelbajac painting what turned out to be the final dress. Find out the pictures after the jump.

Spanish designer Amaya Arzuaga created a real universe with an audiovisual experience at the Instituto Cervantes. Comme des Garçons spring/summer 2014 fashion show was really conceptual, playing with a 3D vision. Rei Kawakubo said to WWD: “The only way to create something new was to start without the intention of making clothes”. And it look like more to an architectural approach with an anti-flat spirit. Each looks was different and the music highlighted it even more. The fashion show ended with a long standing ovation.
Véronique Leroy played on duality for this spring/summer 2104 collection with shapes such as full-skirted dresses versus thigh-skimming miniskirts and also fabrics, using PVC and glossy patent leather among others. Click bellow to see the collection.
