In a beautiful hidden courtyard of an old Milano building, the Lambert team met today Andrea Incontri, a very talented Italian designer. We had the privilege of having a preview of his upcoming women’s pre-collection followed-up by an interesting talk with him about fashion and life in general.

The Lambert team was invited this morning to a special preview of the capsule collection designed by Tracey Wong for OVS’s wonderful project called F4YG (Fashion For Young Generations).
OVS’s project to launch and help new young designers in following the production and distribution in their own stores is a major opportunity which today happens once in a lifetime and this time Tracey Wong was selected as the first designer of this fantastic initiative.
Yesterday evening the Lambert team was invited to attend the Roger Vivier’s book presentation in the exclusive location of 10 Corso Como. Mrs Carla Sozzani hosted the event with Ines de la Fressange and Bruno Frisoni and many people of the Milanese jet set were there to celebrate.
Last Sunday, the last day of the Salone del Mobile week, we have been invited to take part of A Casa Project, an idea born three years ago by Francesca Ballini Richards and her team. The projects consists in itinerant lunches in prestigious Milanese houses where FBR team presents tableware, new furniture and food resources putting together several people who have to do with the world of creativity.
It was fun, delicious and full of energy meeting a great eclectic crowd. Thanks Francesca and FBR Team!

Baccarat presented during Salone del Mobile 2013 Baccarat Highlights at Euroluce. The Zenit chandelier an icon of the Baccarat collection once designed by Philippe Starck was now revisited in neon, marble and Murano.
Kvadrat and Moroso launched “The Revolving Room” a special installation by acclaimed designer: Patricia Urquiola. The installation celebrated Kvadrat’s first textile collection with Urquiola and her new products for Moroso.
Marni opened their new headquarter in Viale Umbria with “Marni:100 chairs” linked with a charity project for children. 6000 robots were made alongside the collaboration with the Dipartimento Educazione Castello di Rivoli.
At the Antonio Marras’ Headquarters; “Circolo Marras” hosted his first carpet collection in a beautiful and emozional set-up of black and white surrounded by the vintage and re-styled pieces by the designer.
During Salone del Mobile 2013 at Ventura Lambrate was presented a completely curated exhibition area with an international mixture of upcoming talents, renowned names and excellent of exhibitors from the last years.
One of the most impressive venues in Milan is the museo Bagatti Valsecchi that galerist Rossana Orlandi used this year in order to curate an exhibition that masterfully mixes the old with the new in unexpected ways. Pieces are made by: Tomas Libertiny, Enrico Marone Cinzano, Dirk VanDer Kooij, Paul Heijnen and many others.
