Rumor has it: Alessandro Dell’ Aqua heading to Rochas

A fashion season would not be complete these days without a round of gossip about which designer is about to go where. On Friday, the front rows were abuzz with fresh reports that the Italian designer Alessandro Dell’Acqua is in line to be named the new designer of Rochas in Paris, replacing Marco Zanini after his show next week.

Flea Bags Limited Edition Riding Clutch

Our latest summer obsession are the colorful portfolio clutches from established brands Rochas and Clare Vivier, and rising stars Flea Bags and TL 180.

Brooklyn based contemporary handbag brand Flea Bags has teamed up with savvy online retailer Of a / Kind to create a clutch so fresh, we had to share it. In a natural canvas and leather combo, with striped lining and a neon zipper, the Limited Edition Riding Clutch can fit your iPad, iPhone, sunglasses and sunscreen!

Of a Kind- $115:

Clare Vivier, known for her stylish and simple fold over leather clutches with pop accents, has inspired us to ditch cross-body bags once again. Her large portfolio tan leather clutches with a thick painted neon stripe down the center are just the right amount of function and personality. Personally, we dig the pink, but there are four great colors to choose from.

For any one with enough neon to last them the entire summer at this point, Parisian brand Rochas has a beautiful luxe large tan and teal clutch with subtle gold lettering.

Rochas – $645:

Metallic is a summer trend that is only going to get bigger this fall, and we love these metallic clutches from French handbag brand TL 180. They come in a huge variety of colors, and satisfy the trend without taking it out on your paycheck.
